This policy sets out how Redihomes collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data. It applies to all staff, volunteers, contractors, and third-party service providers who handle personal data on our behalf.

Redihomes is the data controller for the purposes of data protection legislation. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Data Breaches

Under data protection law, individuals have the following rights:

In the event of a personal data breach, Redihomes will notify the ICO within 72 hours where feasible and where the breach is likely to result in a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms.
 

Affected individuals will be notified without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
 

All breaches will be documented and reviewed to prevent recurrence.
